【4月10日】How to get along with others

In our daily life, we have to come into contact with people in every walk of life.

Therefore, it is very important for us to know how to get along with other people.

Roommate

You may have grown up living with lots of siblings, or this may be your first time sharing your living space with someone else. While having a roommate inevitably has its challenges, it can also be a great part of your college experience.

How to make sure you and your roommate keep things pleasant and supportive throughout the year

 (or even years! ).

My point of view

  1. Be clear about your expectations from the beginning
  2. Address problems when they’re little
  3. Respect your roommate’s stuff
  4. Be friendly, without expecting to be best friends
  5. Treat your roommate in away you’d like to be treated.

Coworker

Isn’t it wonderful when you make friends at your job?

You can go out after work, commiserate about your shared experiences, and remain pals long after you’ve departed your company.

But for as lovely as that is, there is a darker opposite situation: Sometimes, you absolutely hate a coworker.

You can still be productive at work and get things done in spite of your overwhelming dislike for a colleague, though.

So, how to resolve such problems?

TIPS

Follow these tips to make sure you get along well with your coworkers.

  1. Maintaining a professional demeanor at work is important, as is being able to express yourself in your off hours, getting all your emotions out, and feeling less weighed down by it all.
  2. Seek conflict resolution by whatever means necessary
  3. Identify if you’re the problem
  4. Remember,  it doesn’t matter if they make you mad, because at the end of the day, they’re just not part of your life.

      Little     Women

Sometimes, the people we like don’t like us back. I mean, there are 7 billion people on the planet.

There’s at least one person climbing up the moon, who’d go to the end of the Earth with you.

What is your point of view?
