A couple of days ago, I watched a video named “How to develop your career plan”, and the instructor’s words inspired me, which is “Life is too short to do thing you hate”. Then I start out asking my friends also including me that do they like their job? And most of answer can be summarized as work just a way of making a living. Maybe that’s right, we can get pressures and fatigue all the time, but we can also gain a sense of achievement and values from efforts we made and challenges we took.
几天前，我看了一个介绍如何制定职业规划的短视频，视频中讲师的一句话启发了我，她提到: 人生太短，不能做自己讨厌的事情。于是我询问了一些朋友，问他们是否喜欢现在的工作，当然也包括我自己，我得到最多的回答是工作只是一种谋生的工具。或许真的是这样，我们时常会因为工作感到压力和疲惫，但也总能从我们的努力和挑战中获得成就感和价值感。
Talking about Creating Career Plan, Here I quote three steps introduced from video to decide what your plan should be. First one is reflection. How to do self-reflection? Now you can make a list of all things you are good at. This could be professional and personal. Then make a list of how you want to feel in your next job, probably be happy, recognized, important, seen, valued and etc..
说到职业规划，这里引用视频中介绍的三个步骤来概括。第一步是自我审视，怎么样进行自我审视呢？现在你可以拿出一张纸，列出你所有你擅长的，可以是职业上的也可以是生活中的。然后列出你想在下一份工作获得什么？比如开心，被认可，重要感，被看到，价值感等。
Second Step is research, and make list of job you think you like to do; it is important to talk with your friends and family rather than just Googling by yourself since there are many jobs you may not know.
第二步是调查, 列出你所有感兴趣的职业,非常重要的一点是跟朋友或者家人讨论你的兴趣和擅长而不是仅限于自己闷头搜索。
The last one is review. Firstly, by using three questions to review all the potential jobs you got. What kind of learnt skills do you have? What strength do you have? What are your interests? Of course take some distracting points into consideration, like need to relocate? Cost more money etc., secondly Pick the top 3-5 roles you want to explore further and seriously considering doing it.
最后一个是审查，先通过三个问题来审查列出的所有潜在职业， 你掌握了哪些技能？你有哪些优势？你的兴趣是什么？当然也要考虑一些不利因素比如需要重新定居？需要更多的费用等？然后选择你想进一步探索的前3-5个职业，并认真考虑去做。
Career Plan can not be finished by one day, it may take weeks or months, but always plan it and make actions.
职业规划不是通过一天就可以完成的,可能需要花费你几周甚至几个月的时间，但是要时刻保持计划并行动起来。
